Hello, I recently received an email notifying me that my Scangard antivirus has been renewed. However, I did not give any authorization. I canceled it on the computer but the $165 is on my bank statement. I called Mastercard, and they provided me with a phone number that doesn't work. I then searched on the computer but I can't find their number. What can I do?

Uninstalling the software does not cancel your subscription - you must manually terminate it by accessing your Scanguard account. Here are the steps to cancel.
