HELLO
I have a laptop with a broken headphone jack, the sound works when I uninstall Realtek but since it installs every time, I have to uninstall it every time I want to listen to something or just get the microphone to work.
I've been to all the forums, and every time it's some sort of trick like "you have to go to the system," "no, don't install the drivers with Windows update," and of course, that doesn't work :)
I tried uninstalling the driver, the software, any file that has "Realtek" in its name, but nothing works.

Good evening,
When the computer recognizes the card, it installs its driver.
Instead of uninstalling it, it's better to disable it in the "Device Manager" of the "Control Panel", then click on Audio with the left mouse button, you will see Realtek, right-click and click again with the left mouse button on "Disable".
If you don't know how to access the Device Manager, type into the search bar of the start menu: Device Manager
The problem should be resolved.
See you!
