IMPORTANT: automatic renewal is applied by default for all orders placed through https://www.avast.com/en-us/index and paid by credit card. THERE IS NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FOR ORDERS PLACED ON https://www.antivirusedition.com/

To disable automatic renewal for your Avast orders, please follow these steps:

1. Go to: https://store.avast.com/store?Action=DisplayOrderPortalOrderSearchPage&SiteID=avast&mail_mock=old

2. Enter your order number and the password you received by Email upon your order or enter the Email address used to place this order and the last 5 digits of your credit card.
Note that your order number and password can be found in the Email you received following your order.

3. You will then be directed to the page summarizing your orders. Click on “Manage my subscription” in front of the product for which you want to disable automatic renewal.

4. Next to “Automatic renewals,” click on “Off”

5. Then, in the window that will appear on your screen, click on “Disable automatic renewal.”

6. You will receive an Email confirming that your request to disable automatic renewal has been successfully processed.

N.B. Renewal options are managed separately for each Avast product, which means that if you have ordered multiple Avast products, you will need to repeat the same procedure for each of your Avast products.
