Hi,
So there are two things:
-Either it's planned obsolescence... And then you can say goodbye to your speaker. :'(
-Or you can dismantle it. If that's the case, it's simple, but just one question: do you have the tools to take apart a speaker, basically small precision screwdrivers? If so, here's the step-by-step:
1. Remove the front grille using a flat screwdriver.
2. Underneath the grille, you have a black plastic cover. Unscrew the screws (which are at the four corners) with a small flat screwdriver (if I remember correctly). The plastic should come off, giving you access to the inside of your speaker.
3. There, unscrew the speaker that is attached to the plastic part, and voilà, you're inside your speaker!
4. And I’m sorry, but I don’t know much about the components of this speaker.
But if you can manage to open your speaker, I can send you a picture of the inside of mine (yes, I have one too); and we can compare!
That's all I can do, hoping I helped you!

I don't have any small screwdrivers. Plus, I only bought it last Saturday.
Hoping the problem gets fixed as quickly as possible for you!
