Red LED motherboard CPU

Hello everyone,
I just assembled my PC, unfortunately when I turn it on a red light comes on at the CPU indicator on my motherboard and nothing happens on the screen. Otherwise, the fans are spinning and my graphics card lights up.
My setup:
MSI H110M Gaming motherboard
i5 6500 processor (3.2GHz)
Lepa Aquachanger 120 mm
GTX 1060 3GB graphics card
Ballistix Sport 2400MHz kit (2x4GB)
Lepa-SA-EU N400 400W
I have already searched online but with no results, thank you in advance for your replies.
