JBL CLIP 3, I can't turn it on!!!

Hello,
I connected my JBL Clip 3 to a smartphone charger via the jack, and now a red light is on as if it's charging, but I can't turn it on. Please help me before I have to ask for a new JBL with my warranty.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 71.0.3578.99

Hello,  You said: "I connected my JBL Clip 3 with a smartphone charger to the jack socket."  Either you misspoke or there's a big problem ahead.  If you used a charger with a round connector and correctly plugged the charge into the jack socket, you have probably damaged your speaker.  The speaker charges through the micro USB port (not the jack).
