My DHL package is not moving.

Hello, I recently ordered a drone on the TomTop site (on January 28) with express shipping! It's been over a week now and I haven't received any updates about the drone; the DHL tracking informs me that the drone is still in Hong Kong while the TomTop site tells me it was shipped a week ago... I contacted DHL and they told me that TomTop didn’t give them the package in question... I then reached out to TomTop and they said it was indeed shipped and to be patient! I don't understand anything anymore.

    products coming from China always take a long time to arrive
    when they arrive...
    if they are not stuck in customs for example
    the information you will obtain will never be clear or up to date!

      Thank you for your response. It's still unfortunate to pay €24 in shipping fees to receive it quickly and that in fact nothing is respected... I've spent a total of €230, so I really hope I haven't been scammed.

      I have more or less the same problem, namely that right now, the Chinese "post" is working "slowly" due to the Chinese New Year. So, you have to be patient, even more than usual...
