Back MARKET is a site that plays ping-pong with GRAS SAVOYE, its "INSURANCE" service; on the BACK MARKET site, customer service opens with a direct link to GRAS SAVOYE, where they steer the conversation so that you say your device hasn't worked for more than 5 days and boom, sorry, you've missed the deadlines....
So, I'm fighting to get reimbursed for my smartphone....
I will send an email every day until I am compensated.

I never received my phone, and Backstreet Market has charged 213 euros for a product sent by Chronopost and stated to be delivered, while I am still waiting for it.

In my case, the product was defective (although "Shiny"). I returned it, but the refurbisher (Second hand) claims not to have received it. Yet I have the Colissimo tracking showing delivery on October 22nd.

No news from "Grégoire" since November 8th. I found the email addresses of 2 of the founders and wrote to them politely. They did not bother to respond.

Back Market makes profits but does not take the risks of its business. Poor service provided for recycling: when you buy new from a big retailer, they respect you.

Shall we keep in touch?

Hello, have you been refunded? I've been waiting since November, the seller and Backmarket hardly respond to my emails. To keep it short, I bought my iPhone in November on their site, I received it faulty after a long wait and hassle with delivery, so I wanted to return it. I had to pay 10 euros for shipping + 15 euros for insurance OUT OF MY POCKET. However, the seller claims they haven't received it despite having proof of delivery with a signature. I don't know what to do anymore... Is it possible to turn to the justice system?
Awaiting a response, an exasperated and lost consumer.

Except that in my case, it was the refurbisher themselves (Seconde Main) who provided me with the address. Colissimo delivered to that address, but the refurbisher claims to have received nothing.

The last message from Seconde Main dates from November 5, 2016, and the one from Back Market from November 8, and neither mentioned a refund or immediate shipment of a phone. I’m still waiting: it has now been 8 weeks since I paid €353 to Backmarket, and I have nothing in hand.

So don’t count on Back Market's support. They leave you in trouble and silence in case of a real problem.

Try to make a trip to the post office saying that you were supposed to receive a package but you have no news. If they are nice, they'll look for it for you without asking for a number, just the name.

This happens to me often when I use the carrier Chronopost or Colissimo, the guy doesn't move his butt and pretends he came by, but in fact, he sends everything to the post office to avoid hassle, and the post office will take 10 years to send you the withdrawal slip.

Hello, on Thursday, June 6th, I ordered two iPhone 6 16GB from Back Marketing, and to date I have only received one model with the invoice for both phones. I have contacted customer service and I am waiting for their response.
