Bonjour,
Je ne suis pas un As du publipostage, et là, je m'y attaque sauf que je ne peux rien faire car le ruban de publipostage est grisé je ne peux pas inséré de champ.
Qui peut m'aider ?

Hello
The commands in the Mailings tab are not completely greyed out.
In any case, this implies that you have not "started" the mail merge, and you cannot insert a field as long as Word does not know which database you are referring to!
So you need to do things in order:
- Start Mail Merge button => Choose the type of mail merge
- Select Recipients button => Indicate the list to use.
Then all the buttons will be accessible.
