Solved

Hello,

I have a problem creating labels in public postage.
Everything goes well until I want to propagate the labels. In fact, the icon is grayed out and I cannot use it; I must be doing something wrong. Thank you very much for your help. I hope I have explained my problem well.

We must assume that you are talking about Word? If so, which version?
