The Gigaset disease is the oxidation of the speaker contacts.
You need to dismantle the casing by gently sliding a screwdriver along the side while carefully going around to unclip and separate the two casings.
Remove the speaker, which is not soldered, and clean the contacts.

      Hello,
First of all, if this phone is connected to a box (internet telephony)... try resetting the box by cutting its power for a few seconds.

Thank you Andy31200 for responding to my request, but I didn't need to take the case apart; I simply reset my box.

Yes, Edouard is the best ...;-) but I had this issue with a bad connection with a Gigaset.
