Phone that keeps ringing nonstop

Hello,

My SAMSUNG GT I9070 mobile has been emitting a small, brief ringtone every 7 seconds for over 2 months, driving us crazy!
A technician told me that it could be due to unread messages, but that's not it. Day and night we hear this little noise. I really don't know what to do. Please, a solution. Thank you very much.

    No idea, but I will first try a factory reset to see if that resolves the issue.
