Stuck cartridge

Hello,

my mother, as a great expert in computers, put a cartridge from probably a Dell printer instead of an HP in my printer. Now it's stuck and I can't remove it. Any advice is welcome, thank you for your support.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 10.0

Try to open the front panel of your printer as much as possible and force it. Unfortunately, I see no other solution.
