Hello,
my wf 2630 printer is indicating that the ink level is low: Y, I lift the cover as instructed in the user manual but the ink cartridge carriage remains inaccessible, it does not move to the position that allows access, could you kindly explain to me why, thank you in advance

Hello,
Press the up or down arrow button, select Setup, then OK.
The scanner lid must be closed.
Then select Maintenance, then Cartridge Replacement, and press one of the Start buttons.
Lift the scanner lid, the carriage should move.

We can't understand anything; the screen commands are unreadable, and it's impossible to replace the cartridges.
