Hello,

I’m reaching out because I’ve tried everything.
I wanted to change the ink cartridges in my HP CP 1025 printer, and now I don’t know what’s going on; I can’t remove them from the printer.

I don’t know if anyone can help me.

    Hello,
    On this model, a locking mechanism can block access to the cartridges, click on Cannot remove print cartridges and perform a check as suggested on the page, good luck!
