Hello,
I have an HP Envy 7640 printer. I have filled the ink cartridges, placed them in the printer, and it indicates that the cartridges are empty. Although it said that it should still work on paper, I printed a document, and it came out as if there were no ink left in the cartridges.
I would like to ask for advice, does anyone know how to reset the HP 62 and 63 cartridges specifically (unfortunately, I couldn't find anything related to this model).
Thank you in advance for your help :)

But if it's possible with HP, that's great.. so the clarification is that the chip needs to be changed.
No, you can't reprogram the chips of the manufacturer's cartridges... If you can refill them, you won't be able to reset the chip... You need to find and buy blank chips on the Chinese market and figure it out yourself...
Otherwise, there's another method, which is to throw your cartridges in the trash and replace them with a set of RECHARGEABLE cartridges... These are cartridges designed to be refilled multiple times and with a resettable chip without special tools... You also need to have ink bottles and be prepared to get your hands dirty
Here's an example of a company that does that.. https://www.encre-phoenix.com/ then it's up to you to do your research
I've already answered all this many times on this Forum and even in this conversation, there are plenty of explanations to read.
