Hello,

When I want to update with Windows Update.
I get this error: 0x800705b4.

Could someone help me?

The PC is not mine, and I want to return it quickly
(the person doesn't know anything about computers)

    The Windows Update error 0x800705b4 indicates a problem with the update service.

    First, check that the version of Windows 10 is higher than version 1607 (Start / Run / then type winver). If it is not, install the cumulative update Windows 10 Version 1607 (KB3197954):

    If this problem is still not resolved after updating, you should use the Windows Update Troubleshooter!
