Hello, I have a big problem,
I had to redo my report and I spent the whole afternoon on it. The big issue is that I didn't save it and my OpenOffice page is all black, "OpenOffice is not responding." What should I do? I've been waiting for 45 minutes now. I thought about closing the page, but if I close it, won't they ask me to save it? I'm afraid to force close the page and that my report will disappear.

Normally, even if you force OpenOffice to close, there is a recovery system that saves your work every 10 minutes. At worst, you'll lose 10 minutes of work, at best everything you've done. After that, I don't know if the option is enabled by default in OpenOffice because I personally prefer LibreOffice, which is more up-to-date and stable in my opinion.

LibreOffice is the best alternative to Microsoft Office. It's not for nothing that LibreOffice is included by default in almost all Linux distributions.
