Hello,
my box has been stuck on step 3 for a week, there was an exchange of boxes, but since then it's still the same and no news from Free, I love it!!!

Step 3: ADSL line synchronization
Either a cable is improperly connected or damaged, whether at the wall outlet or on the box itself.
Or there may be an issue with your line due to nearby construction work, or due to work at the distribution point?
To be checked!
Or worse, your line has been deactivated,
which can happen due to a payment default, or due to another operator taking over your line with (or without) your consent, among other reasons.
