Hello,
I retrieved a HP DesignJet 500PS Plus 64". The belt was broken, so I replaced the belt, then I reassembled everything except the left and right covers. At startup, the printer indicated that the edge of the sheet was too far from the edge. So I reassembled the left and right covers, and now it’s reporting a paper jam, even though there is no roller. I suspect I must have made a mounting error; could you tell me where the mistake lies?
