Hello,
Following the message on the TV "weak or nonexistent signal" and after checking
signal information:
Frequency 0KHz - Service ID 0000 - Multiplex (TSID ffff, ONID 0000) -
Network (ID0000) - Bit error level 2000 - Signal strength 0 - Signal quality 0
Could you please tell me if this is an issue with the "roof" antenna or something else?
In addition, before checking the signal information, I unfortunately performed an automatic channel search and I no longer have any channels saved

Yes, antenna problem, have you checked all the connections?
Individual or collective antenna?
