Canon mg3600 issue: lines cut, misaligned, and doubled.

Hello,

So here's my problem, it's quite complicated.

Recently, I acquired a Canon Pixma MG3650 on Leboncoin and I had to buy new ink cartridges because the guy who sold it to me had removed them. Anyway, first test (photocopy) = misaligned or cut lines (horizontal). Second test (AirPrint Wi-Fi with my iPhone) = overflowing except for photos (black and colors) which are perfect.

After that, I looked into the issue and noticed that it wobbled while printing, so I put it on the floor and after 2-3 failed copies, it photocopied perfectly (a passport). So I made my 5 photocopies and this morning I connected it to my PC (still Wi-Fi) and the same issues returned on a letter (misalignment/line doubling and 2 out of 15 lines cut off...).

I’ve tried almost everything (deep cleaning via Windows, manual and automatic head alignment, photocopying from a real letter) and everything returns to the same state...

And this is where it gets strange, pay attention, I remove the black cartridge (because it often messes up in black but also in blue), I touch the black rectangle in the cartridge slot with a paper towel, I blow on it, put it back, restart the print but this time in optimal quality, first try = no cuts, misalignment or anything, just everything in bold/slightly blurry.

Well, I thought it was all good now, so I tried printing again but in standard quality and bam, PERFECT, no defects.

I'm sincerely sorry, I didn't see that the rest wasn't written... I'm sending you the continuation of the text:

- But well, it was on a scrap piece of paper, so I won't touch anything and I'll redo it on a nice clean sheet, and then ... Again, cuts, shifts, and doubling in some parts...
