Hello,
For the past few days, my prints have been misaligned and I'm struggling!
I need to produce prints for my clients professionally, and it’s impossible.
Front: Shifted to the left, large white space at the bottom
Back: Shifted to the right, large white space at the top
????
PC MSI (no problem)
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 4.0
Canon MP 640 printer (usually no problem)
connected via cable
I've turned everything off, run anti-virus checks, etc...
still the same problem
HELP!
THANK YOU

Hello,
I also have a Canon, normally in the maintenance tools of your printer, there is a head alignment function if I remember correctly.
Try right-clicking on the icon of your printer, then properties, and check in the "maintenance" tab.
It seems to me that this tool will print a test page to check that it's printing straight.
