Hello, for 2 days now the logo "CI plus key fail" has been displayed on my television screen.
My question is: how can I remove this logo?

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power socket, waiting a quarter of an hour, and then plugging it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a reset (factory settings), but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.

        Hello, the TV was still under warranty, the repairman came, it was the motherboard that had an issue, he replaced it and since then everything has been fine.
