Logo CI plus clé échouée

Hello, for 2 days now the logo "CI plus key fail" has been displayed on my television screen.
My question is: how can I remove this logo?

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power socket, waiting a quarter of an hour, and then plugging it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a reset (factory settings), but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.

      @paseo13Hello, the TV was still under warranty, the repairman came, it was the motherboard that had an issue, he replaced it and since then everything has been fine.
