Logitech G35 headset issue

Hello,
So here's the thing: I've had my headset for about a year now, and this morning when I plugged it into my USB port, there was no sound...
When I check the playback devices, my headset is detected as USB Audio Device whereas before it was recognized as Logitech G35...
I'm not very knowledgeable about computers, so if someone could help me solve this problem...

Hello,

Open the "Device Manager" and look in the audio devices to find the one corresponding to the headset -> right-click and "uninstall"

Then, restart the computer and reconnect the headset to a USB port :o)

by the way, my microphone isn't working anymore either
and when I try to increase or decrease the volume with the button on the side, it shows me that I'm enabling and disabling the sound but it still doesn't work

The headset has been reinstalled properly, so despite that, it still doesn't work?

Check on the Logitech website if there is any software/driver available for it.

It's really weird because unlike another device, there is no message saying that it is being installed, but when I check in the device manager, there is USB Advanced Audio Device.

There is a Logitech software that I downloaded but it doesn't detect the headset.

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem as you, the G1 button and the red light is blinking, etc.
I've tested everything for the past 2 days to be able to use my G35 again, but nothing works.

Have you found a solution since then?

Hi, I have exactly the same problem and I think it's due to the headset and not the computer. The firmware inside the headset must be completely malfunctioning. I've tried everything, I've searched everywhere I could thinking that computing is my hobby, but I haven't found a solution to this problem. If anyone has a solution...
