Startup load error on Windows 11

Solved

Hello,

Every time I start W11, I get a strange message:

"Loading this module in the local security authority is blocked"

\Device\HardDisk\Volume3\ProgramFiles\Bonjour\mdnsNSP.dll

--> see screenshot.

What is that?

Moreover, a "Bonjour" directory in "Program Files" seems odd to me...

Thanks

    Hi,

    Uninstall the Bonjour program from your programs, i.e. not from the Control Panel > Programs and Features, in Uninstall or change a program.

    Double-click to uninstall it, and restart Windows.

    1. Obviously an uninstallation fixed the problem, but what is this program "bonjour"?? I never installed that...

        Re Hello,

        Some programs like Acronis True Image install this as a plugin, I haven't studied what it is used for.

        Best regards.

        Hello,

        to communicate with Apple devices, it is a network discovery service.

        It also installs itself stealthily when an iPhone is connected and could also be installed, for example, by VLC, I don’t remember if I uninstalled it.
