Wireless headset white noise issue

Hello, I just received my Bluetooth headset, the Mpow H7, and I notice that when it's activated via Bluetooth, a white noise is audible, which stops several seconds after I pause any media (I've tried it on two devices).
I don't have this problem when it's wired, how can I fix this and if that's impossible, do you know of a headset around 30 euros that doesn't have this annoying issue?
