Hello,
I am writing to ask if you could help me, as I have an ASUS N77JQ laptop that is about two years old and when I pick it up to move it somewhere else, it turns off suddenly and I have to restart it. I would like to know what could be causing this, I have Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium edition. Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 24.0.1312.56

Well, the worst part is that I don't have it, she's dead, I'm on the field.

    Hello
Since your computer is powered by mains electricity, you probably have a loose connection in your power cable, either at the plug or at the connection on your computer

I think so too, but I noticed something else; it turned off when I tilted it to the side. It's strange, it must be a loose connection or something.

The problem is finding the faulty connection. If you feel brave enough to open a laptop, you might be able to fix this issue.

No, I prefer to have it done by a pro; it's too risky if I do it myself. But thanks for your responses anyway.
