ALIEXPRESS et le Tracking Nr

J'ai commande une mini-radio . Etant insatisfait de la performance du produit. Le Aliexpress m' offre-moi de retourner le produit à mes frais afin d'être rembourser. J'ai envoie la radio par le service postal israélien régulier.
Mais Aliexpress a oublié d’exiger que je dois expédier la radio avec un numéro de suivi (Tracking Nr) . Ce qui est relativement cher.
Le vendeur fait valoir que le colis n'arrivera jamais arriver à destination et ne veulent pas me rembourser 23 $.
D'après le vendeur en Chine tous les envois postaux sont envoyés avec un numéro de suivi donc Aliexpress ne pourra jamais récupérer ma radio et ils ne me rembourse pas.

I order a mini portable radio. I was not satisfied with the product performance. The seller offers me return the item at my charge in order to be refund. I sent the item with regular Israeli postal service.
The seller forgot to advise me that I have to ship the goods with a tracking number (a must).
The seller argues that the parcel will never arrive at destination and don't want to refund me $23.
Following the seller in China all the postal items are send with a tracking number therefore Aliexpress never get back my item and they don't to refund me.
