Weak or No Signal Samsung TV

Hello,
I returned from my trip two days ago and had to do a new automatic channel search. Without any issue, all the channels were present, but 24 hours later, it stopped abruptly with that infamous gray cloud and the mention "weak or nonexistent signal." And now, any automatic channel search is unsuccessful.
It's worth noting that when the "cloud" appeared (and thus the disappearance of channels), the phone/answering machine "turned off/turned back on" as if there was a brief power cut.
I am connected via coaxial in a HLM apartment and my TV is a Samsung LE37A568 which is perfectly compatible with MPEG4 since I checked on the manufacturer's website.
I have checked the connections, there are no issues. I haven't asked the neighbors if they have the same problem and I don't have another TV to do some tests.
Best regards
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 46.0
