Touch TV/DTV and channel not found message

I just bought a Samsung TV with built-in digital terrestrial television (DTT). I can't receive the DTT channels. I've followed some advice given by internet users like pressing TV/DTV, but I don't have that option on my remote control!!

What should I do?

The TV/DTV button is located under the 0, as well as the D.Menu, of course on a Samsung remote control.

The TV/DTV button allows you to select either the TNT channels or the non-TNT channels. When you select the TNT channels, the "GUIDE" button displays the current and upcoming TNT programs from the different channels your screen receives.
