Hello everyone!!!
Recently, I ordered a few products from Cdiscount. Yesterday, I received the package at a different pickup location than the one I specified (I don't know why). Inside the large box, there are three items, one of which is a foot bath machine. When I opened it, I noticed it was wobbling on the ground, and upon examining it, I found that one of the 4 feet underneath is broken.
The large box is just slightly damaged, but the 3 packages inside the large box seem intact. The issue is that the three packages were moving around inside; I noticed this while transporting it. This means there was no paper or bubble wrap to keep the three packages stable inside. That’s where I think the damage to the product comes from...
I contacted Cdiscount through my account on the website, but the word count allowed is limited. I can’t explain all of this to customer service. Afterward, I emailed Cdiscount's customer service (cdiscount@sav.com) to explain everything in detail and included pictures of the product, but the email bounced back to me.
As for my request for an exchange, what I received is a barcode for the return, but the shipping costs are at my expense.
I have a limited budget, so I’m panicking. The phone number is very expensive. Direct contact with customer service seems impossible.
Has anyone had the same problem? Under what conditions does Cdiscount also reimburse shipping costs?
Thank you in advance!

Hi,
Have you kept the packaging?
We need to take pictures.
I've had major issues with Cdiscount (Système U). They are acting in bad faith; everything is based in countries like Morocco.
It's like the ostrich policy. On top of that, they put you on a blacklist (customers judged, shortened calls, etc...)
They file a dispute with FEVAD (Cdiscount is a member) and ask for a mediator.

Thank you all.
I am in France. And I don't know if it's that serious.
According to the email that Cdiscount sent me, there shouldn't be a problem. But it's a formal letter.
I can't speak with customer service and show them the photos and explain the situation, that worries me.
