Hello, I have a little problem that bothers me a lot. As a big gamer, I would like to treat myself to the PS4, which is priced at a little over 300 on Cdiscount. The site clearly states below the item that it can be paid in 4 installments, but once I get to the payment method, it only offers me the option to pay in 1 installment. I've even tried with other items and it’s the same!! Can someone please help me? :(

Bank Casino can't do anything, it's Cdiscount that blocks because I ordered tires on 1001 Tires, it's Bank Casino that makes the payment and the 4 times works except on Cdiscount.

Cdiscount has put a message on the phone indicating that the advisors cannot and it hangs up, so it is safe to say that it will probably not be possible anymore.

still unavailable this morning of June 3rd grrrr!!! I spoke to them on the phone a little while ago about this and on top of that, they don’t really tell us where the problem comes from. I told them that their site was making false advertising, everywhere it says that we can pay in 4 installments and not a single message saying that currently there’s a problem preventing us from using it... meanwhile on the phone they offer me the Cdiscount card which allows payment in installments but on credit..... really shameful

I think that COVID-19 motivated Cdiscount to stop offering the 4x payment option. You never know if you might pass away between two deadlines... no joke, I think they prioritize essential purchases.

Client since 2014 at Cdiscount and I still can't pay in 4 installments without fees. I waited for the end of the lockdown, etc. It's July and we still can't... on the other hand, they promote Cdiscount cards and want nothing in the end. They say we can pay in 4 installments, which is a lie. I hope this will be fixed very soon because it helps a lot. Best regards.

I contacted them yesterday, apparently we need to wait as the problem comes from Banque Casino. So try every day until the day when that option will be available. At the beginning of April, the option will be available since I made an order with the 4-time payment.

Try Amazon, Rue du Commerce, Boulanger... which also offer payment in 3/4 installments (Cofidis for the first two, Oney for Boulanger). It's not just Cdiscount, and fortunately so.

Yes, it must really be a problem on their end... I can't pay in 4 installments with either my account or my daughter's. My niece tells me she succeeded with hers without any issues, my sister too...
So for some it works, for others it doesn't, so it can't be the casino's fault, and the advisors don't all say the same thing. For me, it's over; I'm ordering elsewhere... in any case, I think they're doing false advertising.
