Payment issue 4 times cdiscount

Hello, I have an issue with Cdiscount. Previously, regarding an order, the first monthly payment was made but due to a missed second payment, Cdiscount called me to inform me of this default. I made the payment, and since then I can no longer order in four installments. How can I manage to pay in four installments again? Thank you.

    Hello, I contacted Cdiscount yesterday morning about the same problem and they told me that the payments in 4 installments were blocked for everyone.
