DLC Issues with Arkham Knight

Hello everyone, I have a question.

I haven't completely finished Arkham Knight, or rather the DLCs, well, just the Scarecrow pack with two really cool skins. I'm thinking of stopping playing this game. That's why I have a question: Why can't I get it? Is it because my console is not next-gen, and what is a next-gen console? I'm not very good at all this so I need a little lesson, and if you have a way to get the DLC.     Get what? It's not clear.
    Next gen = next generation

    Ps4, Xbox one are therefore new gen (new generation), until the next generation: PS5 and Xbox2.

      Get all of this:

      – The Justice League 3000 skin and the one from the 60s series
      – The mission "Scarecrow's Nightmare".
      – The Batmobile in the colors of the 60s series.

      Are there normal PS4s and next-gen ones? If so, what is the difference?

      No, as explained earlier:
      The PS3 is an old generation, the PS4 is the new generation, and the PS5 will be the next generation. Unless they release models like the PS4 Slim, Ultra Slim... then we can talk about next gen.

      Regarding the game, as mentioned, the article is dated (274 days) before the game's release. So it was supposed to be a DLC for those who purchased it at that time.

      Otherwise, to confirm its availability, you just need to check the PS Store.

      Alright. Well, I think it's no longer available. In that case, I wonder why my trophy section lists this DLC when it's nowhere to be found on the PS Store. Like the Joker DLC for Arkham Asylum, I have the feeling that Sony has removed this "PS4 exclusive" pack.
