WiFi connection issue

Hello everyone, here's my problem: I got the PS4 yesterday and I can't connect to my livebox (I'm with Orange). After entering the code, an error message appears saying "Unable to connect to the livebox, it is possible that the WPA key is incorrect." I've tried everything: uppercase, lowercase, spaces... it's not the box because I disconnected my computer and then reconnected it to the box by entering the code without any problem...
If anyone has a solution, I'm all ears!

    Irony of fate: just after posting the post, the PS4-wifi connection was established. Hallelujah!!! For those who faced the same problem, I entered the code in uppercase without spaces and turned off my hi-fi system which, upon reflection, was making a strange noise...
