Hello everyone,
As mentioned in the title, I can no longer adjust the brightness of my HP laptop running Windows 10.
It remains at maximum brightness; I cannot adjust it, neither with the keyboard (the slider doesn't even show up) nor in the settings.
The problem appeared long after I updated to Windows 10, so it's not related to that.
I have already looked at plenty of different forums, which is why I have updated my graphics card drivers, and I have already tried reverting to the default Microsoft video card, but that changed nothing except that when I tried to adjust my brightness with my keyboard, the slider appeared but whether I increase or decrease the brightness, nothing happened.
Thank you very much.
