Hello,
I would like to know how to change the Boot Logo on startup?

If you don't know what I'm talking about, take a look at this image (taken from the internet)

Hello, if there's a way, but it's about modding the BIOS.
That means you have to modify the BIOS to inject this new image and then flash it in place of your current BIOS, so let's just say it's not without risk.
A bad flash makes your computer unusable. Is it worth taking that risk for a simple image?

There is a BIOS modification site, but personally, I wouldn’t recommend doing it for an image that appears for 5 seconds...

I’m giving you the link in case you just want to gather information. You’ve been warned about the risks.

Oh okay, thank you very much, I'll take a look and think about it. If the PC is dead, is there any way to repair it by reflashing an OS?

Without hardware modifications (soldering and specific equipment to reflash the EEPROM), no, at least not to my knowledge.

You were asking if it was possible; the answer is yes, but not without the risk of ending up with a brick instead of a computer. The "wood" is THE essential program for your computer to start. It acts right after power is applied and correlates to your computer's architecture.
Generally, we flash a BIOS to fix a bug or add useful features. But for a logo...
I think that says it all, and above all, do not take this lightly; it's not as trivial as reinstalling an operating system.
