P10 Lite stuck on the boot logo

Hello, I currently own a Huawei P10 Lite and since this morning, the phone is stuck on the startup logo and I can't get it to work again. I've looked on forums and they say to hold down the power button and the volume up or power and volume down buttons, but nothing happens. I don't know what to do anymore because I really want to recover my photos on it.
