My motherboard is not powering on

Hello everyone, I purchased a motherboard that was delivered today, and I can't get it to start. It's an MSI B75MA-E33. When I plug in the power connectors and all the other pins needed for startup (PCI-E, power switch, hard drive, etc.), and I turn on my power supply, nothing happens. I then unplugged everything unnecessary thinking it might be due to an overload, but no, still nothing. I tried again with my old motherboard, and everything works perfectly, so I think it's due to a defect in the power pins on the board... That's why I'm coming to you hoping to find a solution to my problem that isn't going through customer service... :/ (Sorry for the mistakes, I'm writing quickly)

Hi, have you tried connecting just the 24 power pins from the motherboard and the 4 other ones for the processor?
while only having the processor plugged in?

Did you say that your power supply worked well with another configuration?
What is the brand of the power supply?
