Hello,
Following a recent purchase, one of the 3 PHILIPS D455 TRIO phones is stuck on "silent."
Resetting, other "manipulations," no results.
Are the "buggy" devices sold by PHILIPS?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards.

Hello,
According to the PHILIPS D455 TRIO documentation:
Page 23, Phone settings, Menu > Settings > Sounds > Silent Mode > Ok > Disabled > Ok.
Page 36, Menu > Services > Reset > Ok.
Nothing is working...-
Sorry
What does this Silence mode display on the handset screen?? A musical note with an x next to it?
The only place in the manual where "silence" is mentioned is on page 13, where it says:
Answering a call
When the phone rings, you can select one of the following options:- Press "Pick up" or "Speaker" to answer the call.
- Pick up the phone to answer the call if the auto answer feature
(see 'Auto answer' on page 25) is activated.- Select [Silence] to silence the incoming call's ringtone.
So, try during a call to press this silence (or the button below) that appears, probably on the screen.
If that doesn't work, the best option is to go back with the trio to the seller... and have them acknowledge the issue. -
