My landline phone is not ringing anymore.

Hello, I have a problem with my landline phone, it's an Alcatel Versatis 1780 with an answering machine and an additional handset, it no longer rings and no longer takes messages, I tried to reset it, but that doesn't work either, if someone can help me, that would be very kind! I don't know about SFR, I only know that Orange has this problem, and it's not the phone's fault, since this problem appeared about 2 months ago I believe, before my phone was working very well...

Good evening, I have exactly the same problem (Versatis 1780).
It has stopped ringing for a month, the line is not the issue as it works very well with another phone.
I am also looking for a solution, but there you go.. I think we should contact the provider.

When you say that the phone isn't ringing anymore, is it just the ringtone that isn't triggering or the phone that isn't seeing any calls at all?

On my model, the handsets display calls, but no ringtone sounds. However, it is not on silent mode, we can choose the ringtone and it is clearly audible. They have been reset as well.

Good evening,
I also have a problem with my Logicom, the line works fine, but the phone doesn't receive the call, it doesn't ring, it doesn't light up, as if no one is calling. However, it works when I call with it and just after if I call it with another phone, it works again, but it stops working after a few minutes!!! It's very strange and I'm looking for a solution!

I’m sorry, but I still have this same problem, and I’ve looked it up online and apparently this issue isn’t just mine. My phone is brand new, because I thought it was its fault that I wasn’t receiving calls, but no, it must be from Orange... basically, most of my calls are filtered. It annoys me to call Orange because they will just tell me the same things they've told people I've read about on certain forums. I’m tired of talking to incompetent people on the phone who won’t fix anything... so for now, if someone wants to reach me, it's on my mobile, then I get silence when I try to call a landline, which seems to unblock it, and then I know I can be reached for about 1-2 minutes, so the person calls me back on my landline lol... I know it sounds like a strange solution, but it’s the only one I’ve figured out with my little means...
