Windows 10 very very slow startup

Hello, I switched to Windows when it was released and I haven't had any problems until very recently when the startup became very, very slow (+10 minutes) and I have to turn it off using the power button on startup (when the blue Windows logo and the spinning dots appear) and turn it back on, and then the startup is much faster right away.

Do you have a solution? Because I'm tired of having to turn it off and back on every time.

I had a similar problem, where after upgrading to Windows 10, the boot-up of Windows 10 was slow (including a black screen for 2-3 minutes)
And apparently there is a bug between Windows 10 and AMD graphics cards...

So if you have an AMD graphics card, try this:
- go to regedit (you need to type regedit in the search bar next to the Windows logo)
- then in the edit menu, select find
- check if you have a key: EnableULPS. Double-click on it and change the value from 1 to 0.

Restart the PC and see if the boot-up is faster.... For me, it was night and day (10 seconds instead of 2 minutes, but I have an SSD instead of a regular hard drive)

Be careful, any incorrect modification in regedit can crash the PC.... So back up the registry first... Or create a restore point....
