Hello everyone, today my parents received the update to Windows 10. According to them, everything went well. But after entering their session password, the screen keeps flashing, in a loop. We can't do anything, nothing works. I wanted to know how to fix the problem. I should mention that it's a laptop. Thank you.

Hello alvin75;
If you have the solution, why not share it on the Forum that is specifically made for that instead of only communicating your solution by phone, which is not allowed in the Forum's charter!
I also advise you not to disclose your phone number on the Forum(s)

Best regards
I am only interested in people's qualities. I have my own flaws, so how can I allow myself to judge those of others? (Gandhi)

It's not very serious, but you need to be careful, and I don't think there was any intention to harm. Even if your solution takes a while to write, you can take all the time you need to post it on the Forum, and it might help solve the problem for quite a few people, which will be to your credit.
As for the phone number, you should never share it, otherwise you expose yourself to problems.
Have a good day.
Best regards.
Here is, for all useful purposes, a solution that can be lifesaving:
1/Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC),
2/File menu (top left) > Run a new task,
3/ Type "msconfig" select the "Services" tab,
4/ Uncheck the box "Windows Error Reporting Service",
5/Restart....and HOP it’s TIP...TOP...
6/ OPTION: if the issue persists, repeat this process and also uncheck the box "Application Support Reporting and Problem Solutions Control Panel" and restart...
For my part, I only unchecked "Windows Error Reporting Service" and everything returned to normal after several days of intensive and desperate research...
Have fun
