Airport Extreme connection issue

Hello,

For about ten days, my PC running Windows 10 can no longer connect to my network via an Airport Extreme.
However, I can connect to other Wi-Fi networks without any issues.

Additionally, I can connect and browse without any problems with my iPad via the Airport Extreme.

So the problem lies between Windows 10 and the Airport...

I should mention that everything was working fine at first (or under Windows 7), and recently it has stopped working altogether... Without me having done anything!

Do you have any idea what could be causing the problem?

Thank you!

Vincent

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 44.0.2403.155

    Hello,

Try reconfiguring the airport network by following these steps:

In the AirPort dropdown menu, select a Wi-Fi access point 802.11g to configure.
Open AirPort Utility. The AirPort Utility is located in Applications/Utilities on Mac computers, or in Start > All Programs > AirPort on Windows computers.
Select the main WDS Wi-Fi access point in the appropriate section (starting with the main access point), then click on Configure.
Enter a name for the Wi-Fi access point.
Enter a password to protect the settings of the Wi-Fi access point, then click on Continue.
Select I want to create a wireless network, then click on Continue.
    Name the wireless network.
Optional: to prevent unauthorized access to your wireless network, we recommend keeping the default security type (WPA Personal) and creating a password or passphrase between 8 and 63 characters. Select your preferred option, then click on Continue.
Select your type of Internet connection, then click on Continue.
Enter the information required for the TCP and IP protocols, then click on Continue.
    Click on Update.
Wait for the main access point to restart.

      Hello,

      Thank you for this response.
Unfortunately, it didn't solve my problem.
I should clarify that the airport is configured in bridge mode (connected behind a TV box).

All my Apple devices (iPhone, iPad) can connect to the airport without any problem, only my PC cannot... So I feel that the issue is related to Windows 10...

I have disabled the firewall, with no success...

      Any other ideas?

      Thank you,

      Vincent

      Hi,

      What antivirus do you have?
