Hello,
Since I switched to Windows 10, my PC no longer detects my Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
I've tried changing the USB cable and ports, but the problem persists.
I connected my phone to another PC, and it worked fine.
MTP / PTP, it doesn’t change anything, debugging is enabled...
I’ve tried installing drivers, but the installation always fails.
I don't know what to do. Thank you for your help if you have any ideas.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 43.0

Hello
Uninstall your Samsung USB drivers via the device manager, then unplug your USB port and restart your PC; it will reinstall your USB port after your Windows has fully opened. Once it’s done, plug your USB port back in.

Computing is just a tool, like a brush or a pencil.
Avoid these so-called free repair software; they are of no major utility. The best companions are DOS and PowerShell..
