Question

Hello.

For a few minutes now I haven’t been able to make calls from my mobile phone. I wanted to know if this was coming from my phone or from Bouygues, with whom I have a subscription.

My question is, is anyone else in the same situation?

Hello,  I've been having the same issue for the past two days. I'm with Bouygues as well. I've exceeded my plan this month, but I still don't have a blocked account.  Moreover, I can't receive calls or check my voicemail (which is free, so it has nothing to do with going over my plan).  I put my SIM card in another phone, but the problem remains the same...  The mystery remains unsolved!

Hello,

Generally, the inability to check your messages is due either to having a "blocked" account or an unpaid bill.
The best course of action is to call your provider to explain the issue; they will inform you of the situation.

However, if you cannot make or receive calls, the problem may be with the SIM card. Do you have any network signal or is it nil?
If the issue is with the SIM, the provider will proceed with a replacement.

FOR ANYONE EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH SENDING/RECEIVING  1- Turn your mobile off and on again (regularly) 2- Put your SIM card in another mobile to check if the problem is with your mobile or your line 3- Check around you if anyone using the same operator is experiencing the same difficulties.  Solutions:  1- It was just a minor temporary bug  2- If the problem is with your phone -> customer service If the problem is with your line and a customer of the same operator does not have issues -> call customer service 24 hours after the problem starts to explain to them (problem directly with the line or a buggy SIM card)  3- If the same problem persists after 24 hours, call customer service stating that you have restarted your mobile, checked that the problem is general around you, and provide an example date, time, and the number you called that could not go through, as well as a mobile number of someone in your circle who is in the same situation as you.  If you follow all this, your problem will be resolved quickly, and in the last case, if it is a network issue with your operator, they may grant you a goodwill gesture due to the malfunction.  If you do nothing, this could last, and you won't be happy, when it could have been resolved by reporting it.

Hello,
For a few hours, I haven't been able to send text messages!! When I try to send one, I get a message saying "Check your operator's services." I've checked Bouygues Telecom's website and I still have about fifty text messages and an hour of communication left!! I even verified my messaging center number and it's the right one (+33660003000). I turned my phone off and on again, but nothing changes!! Please help me because I have no way to call customer service nor to go to a Bouygues store.

I get a 10 euro unlimited SMS top-up and I think that when you send too many, Bouygues Telecom blocks the SMS!!!!!

It happens to me very often after sending 200-300 SMS...

Good evening, for those who have problems with their mobile phone, this can be explained in different ways. For example, if you can no longer call or receive calls, nor send or receive SMS or MMS, it means that in your plan you have the CONTROL option, or that you have exceeded your credit, and you also requested the CONTROL option that blocks everything on your phone. To resolve this, you need to call 614 and pay the outstanding bills so that an advisor can remove the CONTROL option. Otherwise, for other issues, just once again contact 614. It could be a problem with the network antenna, and for all other concerns, the number remains 614.

Hello, last night I used all my credit by calling for 1 hour with the universal mobile plan. Me too, I have the same problem since Sunday. I had credit, I recharged, and when I check my consumption info, I see €10 of communication, and when I want to call or send a message, it tells me that I need to recharge my account. It's ridiculous.
I called Bouygues today, and they told me it was a problem coming from them and that they were working on it and that it should be fixed within 24 to 48 hours. They said I needed to turn off and restart my phone until it comes back. So if anyone has other info, thanks!!

Bouygues, this is complete crap because of this terrible operator I've missed job opportunities, nothing works, it's very serious. I no longer receive calls or my calls are cut off, the texts I receive are delayed, for example, messages received today that were sent to me yesterday. It's nonsense, Bouygues Telecom.

Hello, my sister and I live near Roanne and we are both with Bouygues. After calling the store yesterday in the middle of the afternoon, we found out that since yesterday six in the morning we have had no network, it seems to be due to a faulty antenna. They acknowledged it verbally, but not in writing; therefore, they refuse to cancel my 24-month plan (there's nothing to be done except stop the direct debits and wait!!).

Hello,  I'm posting this message here as I couldn't find another place to do it. I sent my phone for repair (the new Huawei that stopped working after only 4 months of use). Bouygues gave me a replacement phone as per their commitment, but it doesn't work; there's an activation code that prevents me from using it. I asked for a new phone, but they no longer have any in store, so I've been without a phone for 4 days now and I can't use my plan even though I'm paying for it.  Does anyone have any idea how to bypass the activation code? Or how I can suspend my subscription for the entire time that I can't technically use it?  Thank you in advance,

Thank you Bouygues Telecom For allowing our people To have a good reason to shout Against this cracked operator.  It has now been 4 hours that the network is stuck in “Emergency calls only” and 0 bars of network on Bouygues. Turning it off, turning it back on, turning it off again and so on. Hello, I'm in Oise and having the same kind of problem.  Either I can't make the call, or it cuts off within 10 seconds (sometimes it works). Same for 3G  I was with Bouygues last week with an HTC Desire. (to have 3G I often had to turn it off and on again). Thinking the problem was with my phone, I bought a new HTC Desire HD, and since Bouygues didn't offer anything interesting, I switched to B&You (same operator).  New phone, new SIM card, but still the same problem.  Just for info, when I put in my Free SIM card, it works (ps: as I was told that the Free SIM card could mess up my settings, I reset my phone in the meantime, but that didn't change anything).  Does anyone have any idea?

Hello, I've also been having major issues with calls and internet/mail connections since June 12, 2012 (they come through sporadically just like MMS)  When I manage to contact Bouygues (if I can reach them from a landline or my mobile), they tell me it's either the SIM or my phone. I call back because it sometimes works, so I have serious doubts. And then they confirm (finally) that there are major network issues with Bouygues and that technicians are working on resolving them. HOWEVER, it's the 14th and I'm still struggling...  IN SHORT..a bit of information from Bouygues would be appreciated...  I'm going to the store this evening, we'll see...
