"the call cannot be completed" problem i

Hello,

Hello everyone
I have a problem for a few days, whenever I try to call, a message appears stating "the call cannot go through, the signal is not available or the phone number is incorrect. Please check and try again." What’s weird is that these are numbers from my contacts and even the voicemail number from my operator doesn't work. I have turned off and on my phone, the battery is fully charged since I’m with SFR, I have no bills to pay and I'm not in airplane mode =/ I put the SIM card in my sister's phone and it doesn’t work either, so the problem is with my phone. Yet it hasn’t received any shocks or anything; this happened overnight... I also noticed that the signal indicator shows an exclamation point when I turn off and restart my i900, it has signal and after about 30 minutes, no more signal and it shows an exclamation point again (even when it shows signal I can't call). I went to settings -> restart -> erase everything and still no results.

I don’t know where the problem comes from, if you could help me, thanks in advance.
