Hello,
I received a masked call (but I know the person's number) that I would almost consider threatening. I contacted Bouygues Telecom to see if it would be possible to block calls from this person and their response, as unexpected as it is unacceptable, is that it is absolutely impossible to block someone. I had already contacted them for the same problem and they almost laughed in my face saying, "Understand, Sir, we cannot stop someone from calling you!" I would therefore like to know why it seems to me that France Telecom can do this but not Bouygues. And if you have ever received anonymous calls and how you reacted. Thank you
